Scope of service
Temei designs, builds and hands over websites, and offers the monthly care plans that go with them. The scope of each project is described in the quote both sides have confirmed.
Anything not in that quote counts as new work and needs an additional quote before it is built.
Quotes and payment
Payment is split in two: 50% to start the project and 50% before handover. On phased projects the same split applies to each phase.
Quoted prices exclude VAT, domain and hosting unless stated otherwise.
Copyright and handover
Once the client has paid in full, the source code, designs and content Temei produced for the project belong to the client.
The client is responsible for the legality of any content, images and documents they supply. Temei features a project in its portfolio only with the written consent of the client.
Warranty
Temei fixes technical faults arising from its own work free of charge for 30 days from the handover date.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by the client editing the source code, by third-party intervention, or by an outage of the hosting and domain services the client holds.
Limits of liability
Liability on the part of Temei is limited to the contract value of the project concerned.
Temei is not liable for indirect losses such as expected revenue, business opportunities or data lost through causes outside the work it was engaged to do.
