What Temei collects
Temei collects the information you choose to enter in the contact form: your name, phone number or Zalo, email, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget and a description of your project.
Analytics tools record anonymous data such as which pages were viewed, how long a visit lasted and what kind of device was used. That data does not identify you personally.
How the information is used
What you send is used only to reply to you, prepare a quote and discuss your project.
Temei does not use this information for third-party advertising and does not sell your data to anyone.
Storage and retention
Consultation requests are kept in the Temei inbox and project tracker for up to 24 months from the last exchange, so that projects can be followed up and supported under warranty.
After that period the information is deleted or made anonymous.
Sharing with third parties
To run the website and send email, Temei relies on infrastructure providers: a hosting provider, an email delivery service and an analytics tool.
Those providers process the data only on instruction from Temei. Beyond them, Temei does not share your information with any other party unless the law requires it.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Temei holds about you.
Send the request by email or over Zalo from the contact page. Temei handles it within 7 business days and confirms back to you once it is done.
