Do the prices include domain and hosting?

Accepted Answer

No. Design prices exclude the domain, hosting and VAT, because those depend on the provider and the capacity you choose. Temei advises which plan fits and registers everything in your name or your company name, so ownership of the domain always stays with you.

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment is split in two: 50% to start the project and 50% before handover. On phased web app projects the same split applies to each phase, so you can stop after a phase without having paid ahead for work that has not been done.

When do extra costs come up?

Accepted Answer

Only when you add something outside the agreed scope — an extra page, another language, a new integration. In that case Temei quotes the addition separately and waits for your approval before building it. If the scope stays the same, the price stays the same.

Question 4

Is the care plan mandatory?

Accepted Answer

No. The care plan is optional, starts at 500,000₫ per month and can be cancelled anytime. Your website runs perfectly well without it, and you still get 30 days of warranty on technical faults after handover. The plan is for teams who want someone permanently on call.
